Mama's Day Celebration

It's official--Mother's Day is my favorite holiday. I was pretty sure this was the case last year but it was confirmed on Sunday. Homemade pancakes, walks outside, a painted pot with a pretty flower from Parker and Kris, a decorated flower pot and a picture Parker made at daycare, a new DSLR lens, a trip to the zoo, a recreation of one of my all time favorite meals--Mitchell's Shang Hai Sampler, and catching up on the DVR while downing bomb pops made this day awe.some.

We're at the zoo with all these amazing animals and what catches Parker's eye? Birdies.

Maybe if they run fast enough they can catch that bird.
